Job Details
A Distribution Center Manager is responsible for directing all functions of the Distribution Center. This includes maintenance to facilities and equipment, knowing and enforcing all company policies and safety regulations, and supervising all Team Members. This position reviews product inventory on hand vs orders to ensure product is available. Coordinating and assigning trucks and drivers to achieve optimum vehicle utilization and understanding all DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations is a very important role for this position.
Requirements
College education or equivalent work experience, valid driver’s license, knowledge of hazards of agricultural chemicals and DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations, and ability to communicate and manage effectively with a variety of people.
